Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of APTS Dispatcher Working Level Based on Cloud Model

Many cities in China have built an advanced public transportation system (APTS) recent years. These systems cannot carry out automated dispatches but rely on the dispatcher to ensure normal operations. Based theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this study created a hierarchical evaluation model evaluate work level dispatcher. Firstly, was established based data line complexity and dispatch workload provided by APTS. Secondly, we assigned weight evaluating indicator combing expert scoring method entropy method. We then transformed quantitative into qualitative with cloud model. Through comparison standard cloud, APTS can be defined. The results for 12 showed that there no obvious connection between working bus company size, always higher large cities. finally obtained range through cluster analysis. This used as reference dispatchers other cities, reflect correlation dispatching construction, population city size.
